HOW DO I KNOW THAT COACHING IS RIGHT FOR ME?

WHAT IS COACHING?
Put simply, coaching is a tool to get you from where you are now to where you want to be. Working with you as your coach I start with the belief that you are the expert in your own life and have all the answers within you. By working with me you will discover the right path for you, achieve your goals and transform your life.
My primary role as your coach is to listen and challenge you, to support you in moving beyond your current limitations. I am there to support you, to enable you to move forward and gain greater awareness of what you want and what is holding you back.
The coaching journey is thought-provoking, fulfilling and inspirational. It often involves a great deal of self-discovery, an opportunity to spend time on yourself, a supportive environment where you can challenge self-doubts and gain motivation, and an outcome of change, achievement and success.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN DURING A COACHING SESSION?
The great thing about coaching that we can talk in a number of ways. Most of my clients are happy to use phone, Skype or FaceTime for their sessions. This gives you the flexibility of not having to travel as you can do this from your home, office or even your car (stationary of course). However depending on geography I am happy to meet you face to face for our sessions - although this may add additional cost.
You will be guided through a 6 point process.
1. Review the previous session and the actions that you completed
2. Set the goal for that session
3. Consider where you are at the present moment with this goal
4. Consider your options in meeting this goal
5. Agree on some actions
6. Summarise the session before completing the session.
Each session will be up to 1 hour. The coach will manage the timing of the session and ensure you gain full value from the session.

You just need to contact me by clicking the 'Schedule your free 30 minute session' button below to discuss your requirements in a little more depth and find out how you would like to be coached.
I will then send details through regarding the terms and conditions which will include the frequency of our sessions, payment for the sessions and taking of some basic contact information and a little bit of detail around where you see yourself at the moment.
We would then organise an ‘Intake’ session which will start us talking about you and your aspirations.
